Visit to the British Normandy Memorial at Ver-sur-Mer
We will show you around the memorial and the magnificent view over the landing beaches of the GOLD sector and the remains of the artificial harbour at Arromanches. Our guide will explain the reasons behind the construction of this memorial, how it was built, and the history it tells us.
Among the 22,442 names of soldiers engraved on the memorial stones, we will pay tribute to some of these men who sacrificed their lives so that we might live in freedom.
The tour lasts between 1 hour 15 minutes and 1 hour 30 minutes. The tour is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Flat rate for groups of 1 to 40 people: €50
